This website is operated by Zenith GPO (“Zenith,” “we,” “us”). If you have a question about this notice or about your information, email info@zenithgpo.com.

Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form on our Contact page, we collect your name, work email, company and area of interest, plus your title, phone number and message if you choose to include them.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the form, we also record the date and time, your browser’s user agent, and the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We use these only to recognize and prevent spam.

We do not ask for expenditure files, financial records or other sensitive data through this website. If you choose to share that kind of information with us later, we arrange a separate, secure exchange.

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, to discuss whether and how Zenith can help, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of its own.

The inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. To do that, Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser and device. It is used only for this security check.

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare hosts the website, stores form submissions and provides the Turnstile security check.
• Resend delivers the email notification of each form submission to our team.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare) and unpkg serve open-source code libraries the site uses for its scrolling and animation. Your browser requests these files directly, and those services receive your IP address as part of that request.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing info@zenithgpo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires.

Information is sent to us over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
